What this shows: CVAP estimated at the voting tabulation district (VTD / precinct) level using population-weighted block disaggregation from ACS block-group data. Thirteen race and ethnicity categories. Period-matched vintages: 2016–2020 ACS for 2020 precincts; 2006–2010 ACS for 2010 precincts. Methodology accepted in Allen v. Milligan (2023, U.S. Supreme Court).
